Job Description:

As the Director of Digital Marketing at Law Leaders, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness both for our company and our member clients. You will oversee various digital marketing functions, including but not limited to SEO, content marketing, data analysis, PPC, Google Analytics, Google LSA and local ads, lead generation, and client consultations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions

– Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and rankings

– Create and optimize content marketing initiatives to engage and educate our target audience

– Utilize data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization

– Manage PPC and social media campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI

– Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other tools

– Implement Google LSA and local ads to target local markets effectively

– Generate high-quality leads through targeted digital marketing campaigns

– Conduct regular member client consultations to track their individual performance and provide suggestions.

– Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure Law Leaders remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation

– Help manage and make improvements to our website and HubSpot (our CRM system).


– Strong and proven track record in demand generation, lead growth, and top of funnel generation efforts

– Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the legal industry

– Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, PPC, Social, and Google Analytics

– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

– Experience with lead generation and client consultations

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

– Located in Arizona preferred
