Case Connect Pro is a unique service that provides select attorneys in each market with a PREDICTABLE and CONSISTENT stream of new and higher quality cases from the over 26K case referrals managed by Law Leaders and Lawyer.com each month.

HOW CASE CONNECT PRO WORKS

Based on the monthly lead and annual case value targets defined in your membership agreement, we will utilize our diverse sources of over 100+ referral/ad channels producing an average of 26K referrals per month to help initially vet, qualify, and provide you with the best possible potential cases in your market by phone (Warm Transfer), email and text (forms-based transfers).

To better qualify and convert as many leads as quickly as possible, we leverage our LawyerLine call intake service. Our intake team gains an in-depth understanding of your initial qualification criteria enabling us to answer and perform outbound calls to potential leads to further qualify and then transfer to you as quickly as possible. Speed to answer, qualify, transfer, and respond   to high quality case opportunities is imperative in today’s highly competitive legal marketplace which is why we’ve designed this critical competitive advantage into our case generation service for our members.

HOW CASE LEAD TRANSFERS WORK

Warm Transfers: Warm transfer leads come from multiple inbound sources including ads where potential clients contact our call center. Additionally, forms-based leads that are initially vetted and called by our Lawyer Line operators, if initially qualified, are then warm transferred to the Case Connect Pro member in their designated areas. If the firm does not answer, the lead is sent to additional firms (if any) in a rotation. It only counts toward your lead total if you accept the warm transfer after 2 minutes.

Forms-Based Leads: Forms-based leads from multiple sources including our own advertising are initially vetted and classified by area. These leads are sent to firms in a specific area non-exclusively. Speed to lead   is critical here. Case Connect Members will be able to preview the lead and claim any leads they receive at no costs (See Examples Below). If you claim the lead and initially retain the client, it counts towards their targeted lead totals.

HOW WE WORK WITH OUR MEMBERS

Due to the many channels and high speed in which we convert new cases for our members, it’s important that a constant feedback loop be maintained between our members and Law Leaders, enabling us to continue to measure, refine, and improve your results on an ongoing basis. This includes several key steps after becoming a member including:

  • Your Initial Kickoff Call: We highly recommend you and your support team join us in this initial meeting. During this call Law Leaders we gather detailed information about your goals, case types, geos, qualification questions, internal intake process, emails, and phone/text numbers. This call will help ensure a successful launch of the campaign, which typically takes up to 5 business days to complete.
  • Monthly Progress Calls: Each month, we will conduct progress calls to discuss the performance of the system, leads delivered, cases signed, and your intake processes. In addition to looking at lead to case performance data we focus on other qualitative elements that can better help us refine the marketing and intake processes to improve performance.
