We’re expanding our team and looking for a Client Success Specialist to help ensure our law firm clients have an exceptional experience using our technology.

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-time or part-time (25 hr min)

Position Overview:

As a Client Success Specialist, you’ll serve as the bridge between our clients and our product team. You’ll help coordinate and onboard new law firms to the LegalNavigator.ai system, provide ongoing support, monitor quality assurance on client calls, and ensure that every client achieves measurable success with our solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who loves working with law firms, enjoys helping others succeed, and prefers the flexibility and independence of a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboard new LegalNavigator.ai clients and guide them through implementation using Trello online project management tracking tools.
  2. Provide friendly, professional client support via phone, email, and chat.
  3. Review and evaluate client intake calls for quality and performance.
  4. Assist clients with integrating our system into their CRM or case management platforms.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and product improvement ideas.
  6. Ensure a smooth client experience and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Background: Prior experience as a law firm receptionist, intake manager, legal assistant, or paralegal preferred.
  2. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new technology, CRM systems, Legal Case Management Systems, Slack, and AI-driven tools.
  3. Self-Starter: Able to manage time independently and work effectively from home.
  4. Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Team-Oriented: Friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping others succeed.
