Kevin Swenson is a skilled trial attorney specializing in commercial motor vehicle accidents and traumatic brain injury cases across the Western U.S. With a CDL license of his own, Kevin stays connected to the trucking industry by regularly getting behind the wheel.

As a founding partner of Swenson & Shelley, which has offices in Arizona, Utah, and Idaho, Kevin brings valuable insight from his prior experience representing insurance companies in commercial vehicle cases. Now, he uses that knowledge to advocate for plaintiffs.

Kevin holds Board Certification in Truck Accident Law and serves on the Board of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, the AAJ, and the Brain Injury Alliance of Utah.
