Formerly serving as Assistant Attorney General for the state of Maryland, he holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University (B.A.) and the University of Baltimore Law School (J.D.). A significant source of pride for Michael is his pivotal role within the Birth Trauma Litigation Group (BTLG), a collective of over 600 legal professionals dedicated to advocating for birth injury victims nationwide. Currently, he serves as Co-Chair of BTLG and sits on its Executive Board.
