Overview:
Law Leaders, a peer-based legal community comprised of the top lawyers in the US, is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Intake Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for efficiently managing the intake process for potential personal injury cases, handling inbound calls from prospective clients, reaching out to leads to gather necessary information, and efficiently transferring qualified leads to members nation-wide. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal injury law and a proven track record of exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake process for potential personal injury cases, ensuring timely and accurate collection of client information.
- Handle inbound calls from prospective clients, providing excellent customer service and gathering relevant details about their cases.
- Initiate outbound calls to leads received through various channels, including online inquiries and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews with potential clients to assess the viability of their cases and determine next steps.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and case information in the firm's database.
- Collaborate with member attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth transition of cases from intake to assigned representation.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the firm's operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law or a similar legal field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to actively listen to clients' needs and ask probing questions to gather necessary information.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal case management software preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with personal injury laws and procedures is a plus.
