Cesar Ornelas hails from Corpus Christi, Texas, born to Cesar and Belia Ornelas. Growing up in Kyle, Texas, he experienced humble beginnings in a mobile home park, where he and his father sold watermelons to make ends meet. These early experiences instilled in him the virtues of hard work and discipline, values that permeated his academic journey through college and law school. Throughout his educational pursuits, Mr. Ornelas supported himself by establishing and managing multiple successful businesses.

Today, as a licensed attorney in Texas, Cesar Ornelas operates a nationwide practice focused entirely on contingency fee-based representation, specializing in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.
