Mullen Taylor brings extensive experience and expertise to her legal practice, focusing on municipal law, environmental and water law, land use and conservation law, nonprofit law, civil litigation, and appellate work. Before embarking on her legal career in 2005, Mullen dedicated 12 years to public administration, building a strong foundation in government and policy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina, a Master of Arts from Columbia College, and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
During her time in law school, Mullen served as Associate Editor of the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal and gained valuable experience as a law clerk for South Carolina Governor Jim Hodges. Over the years, she has practiced law in various capacities, including positions at Willoughby & Hoefer, PA, McAngus Goudelock & Courie, LLC, her own successful solo practice, and as Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of Columbia.
Mullen is admitted to practice in South Carolina, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the United States Supreme Court. Her diverse background and dedication to her clients make her a trusted advocate in her areas of practice.
